Harold has over fifteen years of professional experience in the banking, stockbroking and information technology industries. Harold holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Kean University, New Jersey and a Masters Degree in Banking and Finance from The University of Technology, Sydney. Starting his career in the USA, Harold moved to Australia in the mid 90’s. He has worked for major Australian corporations and during his tenure he has delivered successful business and strategic solutions. Harold's qualifications and professional memberships include being a Practitioner Member - Master Stockbroking of the Stockbrokers Association of Australia (MSAA), a Member of Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD),a Member of the Australian Computer Society (MACS), a Member of USA Dean’s List, and the US Who’s Who Among IT Professionals.

Daniel Ferguson

Danny has over ten years of global experience in the banking industry. He started his career as an analyst developer, building risk data warehouse applications for Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) in London. He then moved into business analysis / project management in the financial markets area. During the remainder of his time with RBS he worked on several treasury system implementations / migrations in the UK, Singapore and Hong Kong. Danny relocated to Sydney in 2002. Since then he has consulted for several leading financial institutions focusing on system implementation. Danny holds an honours degree in Engineering from Strathclyde University, Glasgow. He also holds an accreditation from the Securities and Derivatives Institute (UK).

Rodrigo Lucero

Rodrigo has over twenty years of professional experience in the banking industry, including corporate, retail, leasing, factoring and credit card areas. Rodrigo holds an MBA from INCAE Costa Rica, a Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance from Chartered Secretaries Australia, and (pending on completing the CPA program) a Masters Degree in Accounting from Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia. Rodrigo’s professional memberships include being a MAICD with the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a CSA with Chartered Secretaries of Australia, an ICSA with Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, an associate CPA with CPA Australia, a PNA with National Institute of Accountants Australia, and a associate CFE with the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Before joining Lucsan Capital, he has been a director of the Association of Ecuadorian Financial Institutions and a member of the board of several South American companies.

Kirstie Taylor

Kirstie has over fifteen years experience in the finance / banking and IT industry. Based on an undergraduate degree in economics and finance, Kirstie’s career has taken her through periods in treasury operations, several years management of back office operations, delivering innovative and best-practice business and corporate processes including execution of global financing solutions. For the past 10 years, Kirstie has focussed on the provision of Financial software solutions to corporate and financial institutions. This has included the management of outsourcing services for the treasury technology and consulting practise within KPMG, before joining SunGard Systems. At SunGard, Kirstie provided client relationship support and project management leadership for Quantum and Risk system implementations (Europe). Before joining Lucsan Capital, Kirstie extended extensive knowledge of business processes and business integration & software transition projects by managing the Risk Software Development Support function, becoming conversant in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle.

Jamie Hodgkinson

Jamie has over twenty years of global professional experience in the banking industry. He holds a Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Western Australia. He has worked in a number of retail and corporate banking roles across Australia including the roles of treasury dealer and senior fixed income trader. Jamie’s experience during the last decade is in the business analysis and project management area of financial markets and has provided consultancy on several treasury system implementations and/or migrations within Australia and the UK. Most recently Jamie has been assisting a major Australian financial institution establish a global hedge fund.
